Hello team,

My card outstanding was around 33k on march, 2017. I had already partly paid approx 30k since april, 2017. I had raised request several time earlier to waive my charges. But you guys mentioned frequently, that will be possible after minimum payment. You guys are asking me to pay 42000 inr. This is quite ridiculous. Try to stop calling for payment and settle my card as quickly as possible rather than imposing charges in every month.

I have applied for the Credit Card and filed on 12/02/2021. But till now, I am not able to any progress of the card. Plz do needful for the same.
