[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card : not getting any mail or sms for due date notification

I have been using this card nearly one year in the platinum card. I have noticed sometimes notification message or mail didn't send to the customer for reminder notification. It should be sending to them pro rata basis at least one time.
There are charging late payment fee for this so please take a necessary action to provide the permanent solution.
