[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card offers | |||
Hi all, Regarding indusind credit card offers/benefits explained during the card issued. There are many such offers explained as i have taken vip platinum card. But bank is telling nothing is applicable on the card and they are telling simply in one sentence. They are not telling the solution. The behavior is like we had banana and cutted it. That is it and they don't want to ready to listen whether the fruit is good or not. I asked for transfer my emi option to another bank. They said no. They blocked credit card themselves and they sent mail to me that they are going to submit in cibil with their own reasons. Without solving my concerns. This is the way they are playing with me and i am alone struggling with my concerns with bank from 2 months. But no one is responding on that. Very interestingly they are asking me the their staff details who issued the card. I asked them give all your staff details to me.. So that i can tell to you who is that culpit. This is the way their games with customers. So i am putting complaint for best solution Was this information helpful? | |||
