I have been contacted by IndusInd bank agent for selling a credit card
So I was also looking for a good one with airport lounge access.
So she said the 'Legend card' will be the best as it gives 6 longe access domestic/international.
But when I searched in your website it says that there is no more lounges access in legend.
So I share the info and also share the link, after that she said that 'Dont worry sir, I will change the card to 'Tiger credit card' and it has lounge access, also you will get update by email.'
But I receive nothing and they sent me wrong card without any lounge and wrong limit

I have all the conversation as a proof and also I have shared everything to Bank, but its been 12 days no solution, they just reply me with the same message for the past 10-12 days " We would like to inform you that your complaint is under follow up with the service reference number 76658999 and will write to you as soon as there is an update request your patience"
As per my knowledge This is mis-selling, scam — violating RBIguidelines & the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
