[Resolved] Indusind Bank — debited amount for unwanted service charges | |||||
Two months before i transferred fund through indusind bank and the amount was not credited in my beneficiary account. So i raised a complaint in indusind bank through internet banking and also through phone banking. This month they debited amount from my account without any messages or information. When i checked my statement it is showing as service charges for raising customer complaint dated two months before. I have account in some other three banks, but no bank debited my amount for customer complaints charges. Why this indusind bank cheating people in the name of service charge. Oct 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Indusind people sent a reply to provide my email ID or phone number. I shared my registered mobile number. Then they contacted me and within two days my account is credited with amount what they debited from my account perviously IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
