This is in reference to your grievance received through Social Media, dated 21 December 2020, regarding vehicle loan noc.
Please accept our sincere gratitude on the time and effort taken by you in sharing your concerns.
We wish to inform you that for loan account number AH****H NOC has been send dated May 04,
2012. Further, for Duplicate NOC request you to give application in the branch.
Following are the procedures:
A fee of Rs500/- only. An indemnity to be executed on a Rs100/- non judicial stamp paper. A formal police complaint lodgged (not FIR) for having misplaced the noc.
