[Resolved] Indusind Bank — fraud and careless bank attitude | |
2. I would like to explain the gist of the mails briefly for your kind perusal. The details are as under. (For more details please refer the trailing mails). (A) i intimated your customercare that we had passed on the otps to fraudster unknowingly expecting that our pending refund of cinema tickets in bangalore would get resolved. (B) the above intimation within minutes of the transactions with mobikwik we intimated to your customercare. (C) your customercare intimated me not to worry as the mobikwik transactions are still under process at your bank end and would be reversed. (D) i was happy with the above assurance from your customercare expecting that the transactions would be reversed and i will not be losing the rs 36, 000/- involved. (E) due to the above assurance from your customercare, i had not taken up with mobikwik expecting that your customercare would take up with mobikwik immediately and would reverse the transactions as promised. (F) but the promised reversal did not happen as the indusind processed the transactions in favour of mobikwik and had not taken up with them instantly. It means that they had not acted on my complaint. (G) mobikwik intimated me later that had indusind taken up immediately with them after the complaint was lodged by me, they would have immediately refunded the amount. (H) but indusind did not act at all through taking up with mobikwik based on my complaint, which was lodged within minutes of the transactions. (I) other security checks like mentioning the transaction amount is not there in your otps that was the root cause for the problem. (J) had indusind acted immediately after my complaint by taking up with mobikwik, i would have got back the entire amount refunded and the same did not happen. 3. Kindly peruse sir the above and the details in the trailing mails, and cause for refund of the amount of rs.36, 000/- 4. I was forced to take the indus ind credit card of your bank & it was not working i have returned the card to the bank & cancelled the card but now i am getting the sms outstanding of rs 300/- pl solve .

I put my withdrawal pin but suddenly the light is gone in ATM after that the I received a message that I withdrawal 1000 but I can't get my cash because of electricity gone...so strictly take action on this ...
Third party member Karthik calls me and messages me on my personal Watsapp and ask for information as payment mode and when did u make payment .I made payment 2 days ago and he is calling continuously back to back like 100 of times .. I want justification of that and an apology else k ll go to consumer Court
