Indusind Bank — Fraud occurred with the Bank

I have taken a PL from IndusInd bank for 20 Lac at a ROI of 10.60% whereas I was promised for 10.35%, Upon rejecting the offer the Sales Manager Name Suraj Tiwari promised me that the Balance percentage amount between (10.35 to 10.65%) Approx 17K would be credited back to my account within 3 to 4 Hrs. of Disbursement, It's been almost a Week now and now they are not answering my calls and Messages, I kept trying hard to connect with them but they are not at all responding my calls and messages.
