I am very old user of indusind bank almost from 2014, when the shares was going down with the bank still I was with bank.. recently fraud transaction happened to my account of 40, 000 and then 1, 98077 and immediately i have informed about this to bank . Almost 20 days happend but I dint hear from bank . I have completely lost my trust from this bank . Because when this transaction happened i tried alot to connect with the customer support but due to complicated options from IVR i was not able to . This bank account is very important to me as my all assets was in this bank account and its my salary account too and I hv given this to my pf account tds return also come to this account that's why I did not go to the cyber complain, if my account will get freeze during cyber investigation so I ll not able to access to my assets for long time . as I was in the confidence that bank will help me and investigated properly but I was wrong . I have decided to do the complaint to the cyber cell and also after one month from the date of complain I will write to RBI and banking ombudsman too. I will sue the bank for sure . I am also a patient of depression and panic attack if something will happen to me also I will clearly mention in a note and diarythat bank is not co operating with me and it was my hard earned money. And I am a single mother of 4 years daughter. but today i lodge the complaint to the cyber cell also even nodal officer team is not replying .no contact number to reach with this bank. they call just to showcase they care but after picking the call within a second or 2 they disconnect.
