Indusind Bank — Fraudently activating credit card

Sir, I have been issued a credit card but did not receive it, however your team has fraudently activated it by deceiving me into giving then OTP and saying that when I will share OTP delievery address for card will start showing on the website and then it can be changed from there. But when I shared them OTP for card activation they stopped picking up calls and there was no option to change delievery address for card either.
My application num for credit card is 39102861.

I tried to contact indusund bank through various mails but no response has been received from their side.
I request you to either help me deliever my card (so that no txn can be made by these fraudesters) or register a complaint and take very strict action against them.
