[Resolved] Indusind Bank — harassment by collection agents

Hi indusind,

I have raised a complaint regarding the harassment by collection agents again and again regarding the over limit of credit card.

I have placed a complaint regarding the same to the customer care department for the same with complaint number 91970.

The call which i received where from banglore

Till date, i have not received any resolution for the same.

The collections agents are so aggressive over the call and they even told us to raise the complaint and no one will do anything to them.

I believe there were saying right as when i called the customer care told they told the agent who spoke was very polite.

I request for the recording of the same.

There are hight interest charges which i have paid off because of this unnecessary call.

I am receiving unsolicitated call from this bank to purchase credit card and take personal loan. I am right not in job. Even after saying this they are calling me daily 4 to 5 times and disturbing me. Please do the needful.

I am getting 5 to 10 Calls daily from Induslnd Bank Credit card department. My mobile number [protected] is registered in DND from many years.
