I have a running two wheeler loan. my loan no is WCV01360H. in welcome letter my name & my phone number wrongly updated. fro rectification the same i had already submitted all supporting documents to your branch. till date rectification not yet done. and sorry to say the employee of your branch just playing ping-pong with me & i am not getting any details about my loan for this mistakes.please revert how long will take time to rectification the same.
