[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — indusind bank atm my amount debited twice

Iam nithya, have a a/c with iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore. I have used indusind bank located in eachanari on 15..10.17 @12.21 for withdrawal of rs.5000/-.

I have received rs.5000/- once but the amount credited twice in my account. After that in this situation, dated 16.10.17 & 24.10.17 i was submitted requests to iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore.
And also mailed to atm-txns. But the amount was not yet returned till date.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

I need a clarification that If I had a account in another bank how you cannot track ? I can't understand because
I had withdraw cash in your ATM.You ONLY have the details.For what purpose you have to track my bank.

I need the answer that i will get back my cash or not?

I had not taken the cash twice.If have other bank account means we should not operate your ATM. Is this is the meaning ?

Please clarify.

Dear sir,
I had complained about my twice debited cash of Rs.5000/- in Indusind bank ATM center.My complaint ID is 1798874.No representatives had contacted me from Indusind bank and also no correct response from my bank (Indian Overseas Bank).
So, kindly help me in this matter to get my cash back.We are from middle class family. and also its my cash.How to leave it.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
