Indusind Bank — indusind bank not closing my car loan

For my car loan emi, i submitted cheque for each due. All my cheque are cleared except my last due. Bank has missed the cheque. There's no response from local branch, toll free number and for my emails.

Till now my last month due was not cleared and my loan also not closed.

Local branch representative asking me to pay again the last due.

What i want to do?
