[Resolved] Indusind Bank — invalid charges debit | |||
I am having saving account no in[protected] in your bank and charges of amount 295 has been debited from my account on 26.07.2019 without any reason. I have send mail on ur customer care but i did not get any revert from them. I hv also spoke to ur customer care they said we shall revert you and they said bjaja has claimed this amount i am having confirmation of bajaj finserv that they hv nt claimed the amount loan has been closed on april 2019 and they send me noc for that. Being i employee of indusind bank if i m not getting revert of my concerns i don't what happens to other customer of this bank. Requested to chk and revert else i hv to raise it to banking ombudsman.
