My account no is[protected] . Visited your branch office in the month of March 2020 for the closure of my account. I was said due to covid and lockdown suggestion given to me was to continue the services and the maintenance charges will be waived off .
I had given a written letter with the account closure form to your bank and I was advised the next statement will be receiving without service charges. I was promised that the same would be completed after lockdown is lifted.
received today statement with Rs.7000 is been charged and deducted for Maintenance charges. Spoke to the branch office bank in Bangalore and customer care given a complaint.
I have submitted the Account closure form along with the cheque book and ATM card at your branch office and requested you to close my account in the month of March.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from youll I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives
