Indusind Bank — mental harassment for credit card settlement

Am raising this complain again as i have not received any support for credit card settlement!, what am getting is just the mental harassment from collection department for again enforcing me to make the payment of minimum due which goes into interest and i genuinely have had loss in business and it’s shut so have no source of income for making payment.

I’ll be borrowing money for the settlement as well! Am requesting them day in and out for settlement but they are just not helping me with it. Instead a girl called dipti from their collection department is calling me from her personal number and is literally harassing me with what not and saying everything which a professional shouldn’t at-least to the customers who have been loyal throughout and isn’t running away.
Am being very polite and requesting for it, even though i have paid more than a lac as a minimum due which is more than what i have used but still i am ready to sort it by paying 30% of total outstanding after levying the late payment charges and interest, as i wouldn’t be staying in the city anymore. Am shifting and i don’t want to leave on a bad note.

But they are just interested in taking interest from me and aren’t helping at all.

Please help me, my mental state literally can’t bear this harassment anymore.
