Indusind Bank — No response to status on personal loan

I have not received any response either of the service people who processed my application or even from the customer care team. Look for the info below on my case. I got a call from one of the sales manager on 25th November 2015 as I was interested to apply for a personal loan. While in process I completed my documentation by 28th of November and I got a confirmation email as you can see below on 30th of November and was told it would take 4-5 working days to finish all the formalities. On 1st of December, there was a phone verification, followed with in-person verification to my work place and home was done and also the very next day there was a verification call received by my company HR as well. Further to this, on 3rd or 4th of December(I do not recollect the exact date), there was one more person who did home visit as a verification(This person is not similar to the previous kind field executive and looks like he might be in some better position). Post which I had no response and when I called the same manager who processed my documentation, there was one SMS that was received on 8th December confirming the loan is under process and would take 4 – 7 working days. Interestingly that Cell # on which the SMS was sent was not my number or my alternate number that I have provided to the executive. I am concerned if there was any incorrect info updated on my application. However, all other contacts for the people who has to contact me that all happened on my personal cell number. I tried to call different people who were in touch with me and were responsible of taking my application further and has not received any response from them. It has been almost 3 weeks and there is no response from any of the bank personal. I did call the call center # and provided the details, they said would arrange a call back from loans department and never I received call. Also the email below confirms it takes 5 working days for me to get the response, which is highly unacceptable. There is no email or SMS confirmation that I have received and also none of the reference numbers that you have provided through email and SMS gives me any info online. Those are mere waste as garbage to me. 3 persons who are in responsible position for my case does nothing and they do not even answer my phone calls. I REALLY QUESTION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LOANS DEPARTMENT TO ANSWER THE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS, WHY DO YOU HAVE THE OPTION ON IVR FOR LOANS? Still I once again copy all the details as below for your reference, hoping you may come with some quick solution. Not even an acknowledgement.
