[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — NOC of my two wheeler loan

Address:1-35/5/101, Sai raghavendra residency, raghavendra nagar, Peerzadiguda, Uppal Depot, Hyderabad - 500 092

I have cleared my two wheeler (Customer code aha04084h - vehicle no. Ap29ac1164) on 09/09/2009, but i have not received noc from your bank. I have approached several times your dilsukhnagar branch, loans department in this regard, they said to bring police complaint, notarised affidavit, and some fee treating as the noc lost. But i didn't received any noc from your bank, how can i say that i lost noc and how can i book complaint in police station.

Now i request you to send the noc to the following address since the vehicle is not in running condition and i have to exchange it and i have to buy new vehicle.

As per the update, The loan period in the said deal ah*****4h was from Oct 2007 to Oct 2009. During the loan tenure, there were mutiple times return of EMI's and all these delays have accrued delayed interest of INR 1750/- which is due to be paid. On receipt of this the loan shall be closed . NOC dispatching will be done after courier services are resumed here.

I have cleared my two wheeler (Customer code AHP09005H- vehicle no. TS36E7038) on 29/07/2020, but i have not received noc from your bank. I have approached several times your Siddipet branch, loans department in this regard. Actually what happened is in april due to insufficient funds in the account the loan has converted to moratorium it was my last EMI. but on 29th July Rs.5604/- rupees has debited for the EMI payment. And my EMI amount is Rs.5629/-. I don't know why it deducted on 29th july and why the amount is different. And this is not updated in my loan account. still it is showing some pending amount. Due to that i haven't received NOC. and due to the mistake of Indusnd bank and knowledge less employees in Siddipet branch this month my cibil has gone in to -99.

Now i request you to please help with my issue and up date the transaction and send the noc.

Need NOC for TS15EC1361. As per the last conversation from the bank on 20/04/21 you were supposed to send the NOC in one month. It’s been more than 2 months now and no updates. It was said that there were few charges that’s will be waived off and the process will take one month for the NOC to be delivered. Kindly update the same asap and let me know if it’s ready to collect.

We would like to inform you that for this deal WAXXXXX3H NOC has already sent on 06/04/2013. If customer wants duplicate NOC. Following are the procedures. We request you to submit the same in nearest Finance branch.

A fee of Rs500/- only
An indemnity to be executed on a Rs100/- non judicial stamp paper
A formal police complaint lodged (not FIR) for having misplaced the NOC.
