My Name is Dipak Sarkar residing at Malda district. I bought a Bajaj discover 135 few years ago and I cleared all the dues within the specified time but I am having problems getting my NOC. After visiting the branch office several times they say I t will come within 15 days, your RC was not updated, come after 15 days. I wanna know how much time does it take.
