[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Not responding to the calls & giving false ,untrue on my account | |||
iam srinivas from bangalore ([protected]) . indusind bank executive prashanth & his collegues are not responding to my call & giving false information on the submitted documents (HDFC BANK) credit card . Its been two months i have been calling to prashanth ([protected])& collegues ([protected])([protected]) but no response to the submission of the documents . When i have spoken to the his collegue he said your documents has been declined due to card is one year old & due to overdue . For the same i have given the scan copy of the two the credit cards which is valid from 2007 to 2016 whr in between the card was not functioning bank has given me the new card . I dont have any overdue & never paid LPC charges to the any of my credit cards .i have paid the outstanding before the due date on my all the cards .
