Indusind Bank — online fraud attempted on indusind credit card-13 dec 2019 | |||
I want to report a attempt of fraud which happened today morning on my credit card, someone has changed my registered email id and after that he tried to registered another email id on mobile app. Once i received otp for transaction, i requested to block my card on ivr and same has been confirmed with phone representative, after sometime i got otp for another transaction attempt for online shopping at amazon. I am dam sure this can not be done without involvement of bank staff, kindly investigate and completely close my card with immediate effect and revert back to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
