[protected] is the customer service number which is btw not a toll free number. So by calling this number even we are bound to pay some amount to the telecom operator and the charges are not less. On top of it to my surprise today an amount of 51/- was debited from my account which was not even showing in the acc statement and upon contacting the customer service centre, i was informed that the charges were for corporate ivr calling to that number. I want the reversal of that amount. Its not acceptable as no where in the website and bank they inform about these charges for calling. Nice to hear from the bank side chargeable customer service. It took them more than a week to analyse the problem and finally the amount was reversed back to my account which was charged for phone IVR calling specifically for corporate customers as mentioned by the Phone Banking officer. IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I having issue with your debit card which getting failed at multiple machines however working over ATM. Your customer care number is useless n complex without any option to raise complaint.its all about selling new product n schemes. what about support?please provide some direct number to raise complaint.
