[Resolved] Indusind Bank — poor service and unethical behaviour | |
Hi, I opted for indusind credit card with the promise from sales agent to get wrist watch worth inr 1200/-. However, it was false promise made, hence i raised the complaint to customer care to which they responded with "sorry" call. Even after raising the complaint, management didn't draw any attention. Hence, i deliberately transacted some amount and allowed interest to accumulate up to inr 1200/-. Afterwards i paid the principal amount and didn't pay interest. I communicated entire scenario every time i got call from debt collector and requested someone from management to give me a call back, which never happened. It's been a you people are ruining my credit score. I never defaulted single payment from any other bank credit card or loan. Recently, i raised the issue by emailing them to deactivate credit card and removing from database and stop sending details to cibil. These people don't understand the difference between someone who doesn't pay and someone who is unsatisfied and not paying. Hence i am raising this complaint in this forum.
