Im following up wef 4th Dec'16 -Still issue not resolved Not able to reset my net banking password System Error - Username blocked to reset password 1) I have make call to customer care from from RTN- Phone was kept on hold for 20 min Such incident happens wef 4th Dec'16 2)Walk in to bank - Every one pass on the matter to next chair - Finally no one want to take this as responsibility. 3) E mail to official complaint address as per mention on company website- Only auto reply received without ant value addition.
