[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Transaction Dispute not resolved | |
Hi i am Mohit, this is related to indusind credit card transaction Dispute . I have contacted to indusind bank many times but no positive response even, head of credit card deptt. is not responding. I have done one purchase on 12th March, 2021 against one order on Fiverr, but unfortunately on 13th March 2021, two more transactions have been done for the same order automatically, I have contacted to my merchant (fiverr) and they received one transaction on 13th March and they refunded me that amount but the 2nd transaction they didn't receive and it was unsuccessful attempt please check and update as soon as possible.
