Sir,
We regret to point out that unauthorized ecs debit has been made by your concerned department with the customer of our bank branch with reference no. Sanjeev kumar [protected]indusind bank[protected] amounting rs. 4230.00 on 21/10/2017.
We have taken up the matter with your shimla branch but after making numerous calls and correspondence through mail and letters our issue got unresolved.
Therefore, you are requested to please look in to the matter and ask concerned official to resolve the matter at the earliest.
