Sir, We regret to point out that unauthorized ecs debit has been made by your concerned department with the customer of our bank branch with reference no. Sanjeev kumar [protected]indusind bank[protected] amounting rs. 4230.00 on 21/10/2017. We have taken up the matter with your shimla branch but after making numerous calls and correspondence through mail and letters our issue got unresolved.
