I am open current account in your bank in the name of suresh khadak dakarmi. last 3 months i am following to your branch for WELCOME kit no any response from your branch and the staff very bad they don’t know what was the exactly problem, very bad pathetic service, upto now I didn’t receive a welcome kit.but kit charges was deducted.so I want to refund my amount.
