[Resolved] Indusind Bank — without any intimation my card was cancelled | |||
Dear sir, I have indusind aura edge card from last 4 to 5 month. I am using regularly and payment also paid in full. I have already booked a lots ok tickets if i cancel my ticket how could i get my money. I have collected 2190 reward points how could i get my reward cash and who gave permission to cancel my card. I am facing a lots of problem for this because i am in a tour program and i don't have taken sufficient money for my tour because i am always using credit card after that i can pay full payment in time. I face the problem for this card i am suffering a lots of problem. Indusind bank credit card department call me for upgrade you card and you have to pay 50000+gst i told them no thats why they cancel my card. Is there any bound to upgrade your card otherwise they will cancel our previous card. I need the reason why they cancel my card? I am suffering too much for this i want to take action for this issue.
