Indusland bank exexcutive said me when you want a claim just deposit your medical recepit then your claim pass easily. But now iam waiting my claim for 7 months. Mr Agarwal, indus ind bank is one of bank assurer approved by IRDA to sell life/general/health policies to its customers & public & as soon as policy is issued there ends the matter & bank is having no say in the matters of claims/receipt of policy document/cancellation of policy. Terms & conditions of policy only prevails on you as well as insurer. Pl correspond with insurer reg claims.
