[Resolved] Indusind Bank — wrong information about the credit card | |||
I have applied for the indusind bank amex iconia credit card and credit card executive of indusind bank told me that i will have to pay rs. 10, 000/- as joining fees and i will received a gift voucher for the amount of rs. 10, 000/- valid for a period of 6 months. Now i have received a mail for selection of the type of voucher but it is mentioned in the mail that the gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and only 3 months from the date of receipt for which bank executive have not told me anything. The voucher is valid for me only after the receipt of code and not from the date of issue. I have been clearly misguided by the bank executive. Please provide the solution.
