Indusind Bank — Wrong notice every month

I am student. i don't apply for loan and also don't take any loan amount from
Indusind bank and also, i am not eligible for the loan, so, why the bank continuously sends me the message of overdue in loan every single month. i will attach a photo as a prove of the unnecessary send message. So please check the details and verify (account number) that is this really comes from Indusind bank or from fraud person. please look after it, cause i scared of this type of message sends me every single month without any reason
