Tower ID 1023309, Kolkata-700054: Serious Irregularities : Non-Payment of Rent Since May, ’18 to October, ’18- Partially and Fully :

With reference to the subject stated above last complaint dated 7th Oct.'18 was lodged to the following executive by Speed Post :

Indus Towers, Building 10, Tower A, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon 122002.

Gist of the complaints is as below :

First complaint was lodged on 2nd July, 2018 regarding irregular payment of rent. Now the problem has been more serious. Since May, 2018 to October, 2018 total Rs.45983/- has been pending towards payment of rent for the Tower ID 1023309 at Kankurgachi crossing, Kolkata-700054. Break-up is shown below

2. I asked him : what is exactly the plan and policy of Indus Tower towards this serious slippage in paying monthly rent to the landlord? How long such a crisis will continue?
3. I requested him earnestly to get the matter examined and to take necessary actions urgently to pay all the rents.
*It is added now because for October, 2018 till date i.e. 25th Oct'18 no rent has been paid.
It is very inconvenient to submit written complaint because it is so difficult to find out particulars of concerned executives to whom complaint to be lodged. There is only customer care where I could submit the complaints, the address is kolkata.[protected]@industowers.com. With great difficulties I could find out name and address of Bimal Dayal, Chief Executive Officer who is sitting in Gurgaon office. His telephone/fax is NOT working. His email address is not working [bimal.[protected]@industowers.com]. I had to send complaint by speed post [ sent on 9th Oct.'18].
We feel very helpless- not knowing what further steps we will take.
