[Resolved]  Industry Buying.com — Order cancelled by the website and refund not done

Updated by Shoaib74 Inspite of calling the customercare no almost 10 times, I still havent recieved my refund.
I spoke to the customer care exec Nisha Bisht, who does nothing but apologise.
She had assure me that my refund would be done yesterday evening ie 04/04/16 and that I should check my account...today when I checked my bank account, I realised that she had lied to me and that I was given false assurances.
Today she told me that it will be done tomorrow evening ie 07/04/16, which I aeriously doubt they will.
Please give me some Contact nos, so that I can escalate this issue and teach these people a lesson
