I ordered a simple weighing scale online and paid the amount with my card. This is a fraud company and they will never ship the products. When you log in to the website, they say that due to the pandemic, there could be a delay in the shipping, but in fact, it is a fake and a fraud company fooling many online buyers, they might have made a fortune by now, cheating gullible buyers, because their website and the photos of the product are so colourful that one will never doubt the company. Dont get cheated, is the only last caution i can give to other citizens of the country.

I placed an order for 2 computer chairs through industry buying.com on 9th July 2021.
Model of the Chairs - Regent Boom Office Chair Black.
The cost for both the chairs after applying promotional offer showed as 4794.42 and I made the payment as well.
Payment reference: IGALMIKWY4.
Please see the SMS I received against this transaction: "Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.4794.42 frm A/c XXXX4 to IB MONOTAR. Ref IGALMIKWY4 on 09Jul21."

I have received the following SMS, "Your order with industrybuying.com [[protected]] amounting to Rs. 4794.4200 has been confirmed and it is being processed! You can track your order at www.industrybuying.com/#trackorder. Thank You! Team Industrybuying"

But I can neither track the order details nor able to see the transaction details now. I installed the App and purchased thru that only. But when checked the Order history, it says "No Quotes yet".
Due to this, can't even cancel the order and request the refund.

I tried reaching the IB customer care multiple times, but the calls are not answered, or even if connected, they will ask to hold and then cut immediately.

Request your help to know by when I can get these chairs. I had an urgent requirement and that's why ordered. So, if it's going to be delayed, I would like to cancel the order and get my money refunded.

Without knowing the customers, the order was cancelled. But the payment was successful. They won't delivered the products to the customers. They are cheaters and doing huge scam. I didn't received money.

Kindly solve my issue.

I placed an order for water overflow sensor and taparia tool box on Industrybuying .com. I have done pre-payment for that order.After 4-5 days pass without any further development. Shipment is still not started.No progress in order status and getting message status as under Procurement.

When I tried to contact the customer care the call is automatically disconnected everytime. These kinda online sellers make customers loose their trust. Please check attached JPEG files which you can easily get the further details.

I have ordered Order ID : 891248 a chain saw on 7th Aug.16.
Till date not delivered and there is no proper information from them.

Order no.759102 bying four wheeler tyres apollo amazer 4g 155/65 r13 tubeless tyres fron industy buying
I want to return or replace this order because tyre size probelm. We are sending mail for return or replace tyres but still not given reply. We cant use this tyre to our vehicle. We are used this vehicle for currier company distribute the product one place to another place. Vehicle have havy weight. All thing inform to this company allready.

I had made an online payment of rs27503/- towards order no 599144...For a makita chainssw on 28/04/2016. Having recieved my payment, these guys sat on my money for 12 days without dispatching the item and later informed me that they have cancelled the order.
It has been 3 days since my order stands cancelled and 16 days since i made the payment and i have neither recieved the item nor my refund.
I have called their customer care atleast 10 times, and each time they ask me to wait for 48 hours. Please help.
