I booked an order on 7th december 2017. Order id[protected]. Due to non availability of the product i cancelled it on 21.12.2017. They recieved my cancellation request and said refunnd will occur within 4-5 working days. The amount is rs.9433. But still i have not getting my refund. Ib customer care says they completed the process at 27.12.2017. And they provide me a transection id. But refund is not reflected in my credit card acount. Already emi is started. Now bank is saying to contact with merchant. Merchant is saying contact to bank.
When i get my refund?

Updated by gitarani YES, i got the refund to my credit card acount, but this is the principal amount.
do not get the interest amount, which i have to pay.the amount is RS.677.
