Industry Buying — Refund not received | |||||
I had order a micrometer from this online portal www.industrybuying.com on may 10th 2016. Earlier it showed that the item is booked but processing didn't start. I had made a payment of Rs 1369 for the said product. Also since the processing didn't start i mailed them. But they didn't reply. Later on 22nd may i got an sms from them saying my order got cancelled. When i checked my profile in the said site they showed my order got cancelled on 10th may itself. So, if the order is cancelled on dat day itself, now almost 12 days had passed .Still i have not received any refund. Also, the phone number they have kept in their website it says invalid. Now neither they reply to my mails nor can i contact them over the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
