Industry Tools — they didn't refund my money

I order a sanitizer bottle form *industrytools site and i pay some amount of 783rs they charge 500rs for delivery charge and product amount is 240rs but i order and after some day when i didn't know when i got my product so i cancel the product after that i call or whatsapp them to refund my amount but they said after lockdown they refund but as lockdown date is extend so i have my money back

Updated by Abhishek2664 And if they take payment online by paytm so why they not refund immediately why they need time for refund because i order in different site as well and if i cancel something they immediately return my amount so why they not
