I purchased and received the above product vide Order No.[protected], Invoice No. SBW[protected] from IndutryBuying.com.
When I wanted to use, it did not work. On complaint they refused to replace as it was over one week.
Things purchased can not necessarily be used in one week. besides there should be warranty on the product.
This product has been shipped by Emtex Engineering pvt. ltd., Khasra No. 184, Village Budhpur, Bijapur, Baddi.

Complaint is not resolved. Simply reiterating one way policy is meaning less. Such policy is made just to pass on useless product to the customer and amounts to cheating. No ethical supplier will ever make such a policy.
Had it been a shop sale, no body will buy a non working product?
If this product is not replaced, I will be constrained consider Industry buying.com an unfair trading organisation.

They haven't dispatched it yet and they are not responding to my calls. i tried cancelling the order but the cancel option is not working. please help me.
