IndustryBuying.com — Bar Stool/Different product received

I had ordered bar stool on 7th May([protected]) but received wrong product.It is different from one which i had ordered and in the receipt my order no is mentioned correct but product is different. After receiving i immediately called helpline but no response from them.As checked i had ordered VJ interior model but received IB Basics model.I am compelled to say that is company is fraud, cheating customers, . Although I shared all pictures to them on mail, but no response.
