[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — bought a chair that was previously damaged and tried to replace or return it. | |||||
May 29, 2018 ordered an office chair from industrybuying. June 6, 2018 chair was delivered. We assembled it and noticed that it leans to to right. June 8, 2018 A. Sent an email to [protected]@industrybuying.com explaining the situation with the defective chair including pictures. B. Filled out industrybuying.com's return/replace form online and added the pictures. C. My office manage called industrybuying to see what else needs to be done on our part. June 8, 2018 22:12 received email that our "return request received" June 20, 2018 17:28 received an email from bhawna sharma @ [protected]@industrybuying.com which states "we would like to inform you that we offer return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. Unfortunately we don't received the required images in time period..." Besides the broken english, what!!!, i send the pictures and filled out the forms and my manage talked with them with in 2 days. Industrybuy.com are thieves and should be shut down.in india where it is so difficult to get a phone or bank account a shady company like industry should never be allowed to do business.
