I order the kirloskar openwell submersible pump through industry buying online website and the order is conformed by the official mail from the company. I paid the full amount and assured that it will be delivered on 7th working from order placed. But on the 6th day, the company cancel my order without any proper information and intimated later by mail (12:21 pm 13.10.2017) the reason is due to unavailability of the product. But today (12.30pm 13.10.2017) also the product is available in the same website (http://www.industrybuying.com). all email conversation are screen shorted and shared with you. I received my order no[protected] of food grain moisture meter on 12/10/2017.It looks like a second hand one.The batteries supplied along with are of very low and desi model.I tried 6 to 7 samples of paddy all the time shows moisture as 15.4 %.call attendent not repling propery.A fraud co. these people loot my rs 9006.
