[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — complaining about cancellation of order

I had placed order on sept 5, out of three, two of my order were cancelled on sept 19. (Ref order no[protected] i placed order two items on oct 6, again on oct 24 my order have been cancelled (Ref no[protected]. While the items are still as available for order in the site. Why do they place the items as available that they can't fulfill... Unreliable online shopping and bad service Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Oct 27, 2017 IndustryBuying.com Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Kindly accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that we are a market place company, so once the order is placed thereafter we'll procure and ship the product from our side. If vendor doesn't have the stock with him then we need to cancel the order from our side. However we understand that it you had an unpleasant experience.
