I had purchased stanley tool bag and other brand tool box worth rupees1602 prepaid but still no order is shown in my account and no message or email regarding my order, i even emailed to customet care but no action taken. Transaction #[protected], they previously also cancelled one of my purchase which i had paid but still not refunded me till now order #[protected]

We deeply regret for all the inconvenience caused. This is in regard to order 2448258. We would like to inform you that refund against both the cancelled product has been done from our side on 28 Aug with transaction id. [protected] and on 02nd Sep with transaction id. [protected].

Against the transaction[protected]. We have forwarded a case for the same to our concerned department. You will get the refunded amount against this transaction within 5 to 6 business days.
