I have ordered cranlik c-2.5 t 2.5 ton capacity pallet truck ordered on june 30th and the item is not delivered.in industry buying they have given advertisement of delivering the item within a week and the product is not delivered till 17.07.2017 and saying it will delay. We want the immediate return of our money paid and compensation (More than ten times of the amount paid) for not delivering the product within time as advertisement.
