[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Customer care not responding/not returning mony for wrong product

I had ordered pcbs but they have given me pcbs without holes even when the image clearly showed it had holes.
It had been delivered on 21st march
Customer care is not responsive.
Order cost is rs. 405
Order number is 523775
I tried calling their helpline but that is also not responding and goes off whenever i press 2 which is their complaints section.
Please look into this issue and return the money.
And make sure your consumer helpline responds to customers
