Please refer to my Order No.[protected], Order Date : 15 Jun 2021 19:00, out of which IB BASICS Mesh Office Chair with Headrest SE048, was delivered yesterday.
I would like to bring to your notice that the items have reached with the packaging in pieces and totally unacceptable. Plus the chairs that you guys have sent is rusted in places.
This is extremely bad service and quality. The last time I places an order everything was fine. What is going on?
When ever I call the customer care number +91 [protected] and press 2 to speak to a customer service representative the line gets disconnected immediately. What kind of scam is this.
I need a resolution immediately for this.
And yes, part of the order IB Basics Black Full Back Mesh Chair SS026 has not yet been delivered.
Please see attached video and pictures of the damaged packing and chairs. There is no instruction manual for assembly either.
