[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — damaged product received and no one is resolving this issue

On 9th November 2017, I ordered 10 slotted angle racks bearing order number[protected], amount Rs 27208.00 . On 20th I received all the racks in damaged condition and instead of 6 shelves per rack, I received 5 shelves per rack. On the same day, I sent the images via Email to customer care for replacement and/or refund. Now, 10 days gone, neither they are replacing/returning the racks nor they are refunding my money. I am totally frustrated about their words (i.e. within 2 days we will resolve this issue).

Now, what to do as they are not replying to my mail. Very much frustrated, spent Rs 27208.00, a huge amount.

Today I contacted customer care of Industry Buying and they told me to share more pictures of damaged shelves. I shared as much as possible pictures of damaged shelves via Email. After that, once again I contacted customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours and your refund will be initiated within 24 hours. "Same thing they are telling for the last 11 days and today the same." I am totally frustrated by their words like this...I am still awaiting for their resolution on this issue.

Hope this time they will initiate refund.
