IndustryBuying.com — Defective Powerwash Pressure washer PW-M28

I bought Powerwash Pressure washer PW-M28 from Industrybuying.com on 18th September 2022 and the same was delivered to me 22nd September 2022 and from then I have used the product 4-5 times only and after 3 uses, the product for leakage problem. On December 14th, I contacted industry buying customer care for the repair by service personnel and they sent a Google form for return of the item which I had filled and attached the photos and video of the defective product. GSTIN: 07AAFCI7226L1ZA), they said they won't be sending any service executive, as the product is under warranty they will replace the product itself with a new product and asked me to get in touch with the industry buying customer care. Then got a call from the technical department and they asked to send the images and video of the problem to their WhatsApp number, I even did that. They are telling then that this is a simple problem with the pressure gauge and the gauge down seal has got removed and that's why it is leaking and then they spoke to their senior and I got a call from them on 28th December that return/replacement is not possible, even they won't be sending any service personnel to rectify the problem in the product, all they will do is send ₹250-300 as partial refund and asked me to source the pressure gauge from local market and then offered video call from technician who will guide me through fixing the pressure gauge. I am not getting what type of service is this.!! I denied the offer and asked them to either send a service personnel or replace the product as the manufacturer as well as the industry buying customer care said, then they said they will get back after checking with their team, but after that until today, 5th January no correspondence from them, today I called them and they are denying the service and return, and they are telling all they can do is to refund the price of pressure gauge and I need to fix it on my own, when the product is not available all over India, how can I get the exact spare for the same? And why should I fix it on my own when the product is under warranty and got this problem in just this little number o[censored]sage. Repeatedly they are saying that only partial refund of the pressure gauge can be done, no other way is there. This is completely unprofessional in the sense of doing a business in India and I condemn the running of business of such platforms who only add up to the mental agony and make them regret buying from them. I need a proper resolution to the issue and hope the complaint here helps. Thanks in advance.
