I had ordered a pump online during Oct 2022, fully paid and it was delivered as well. But once I got a plumber, fitted the pump, it worked once and stopped within minutes. My ordeal started from that time.
I raised a complaint, shared picture video etc as was asked. A replacement was scheduled. Courier person called, picked the pack but within minutes returned to say that because the package was heavy he cannot carry it on two wheeler. Some other bigger vehicle from his agency would come and pick. Then I got a message that said that “Pickup of IB, ABxxxxxxxxxxx not done you want refund/replacement. For query call:[protected]………”.
And since then all along I only have been chasing this Industrybuying customer care. You tried ‘maximum attempts’ was their final email and they closed the case but in reality no one contacted me. After first time the courier picked it and returned saying being on two wheeler he cannot carry and someone with a bigger vehicle will come and pick up, every time I used to get sms from courier that the item will be picked and then one more message that the package wasn’t picked. I had shared screenprints of these messages as well over email with Industrybuying. Every time I called or mailed, I used to get a response that it was escalated and finally after two months I got an email that said they have tried maximum attempts and have close the case.
If I call customer care, they say they have checked with returns department and have given me every information. “Thank you and you can now cut the call sir” is the only answer I get. Was this information helpful? |
